TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Nadia Duca. By booking a makeup/hair service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking. By making a booking with us, you agree to these terms.

Services Provided:

1. Nadia Duca offers professional makeup/hair services. The specific services will be agreed upon at the time of booking.

Booking and Payment:

• A non refundable deposit of 50% of the total service fee (Makeup and Hair Services, Bridal Services) is required to confirm your booking.

•The remaining balance for Makeup and Hair services is due on the day of your appointment before the service begins (for all bookings except bridal bookings).

•The remaining balance for bridal services is due one week prior to the wedding date booked.

• All payments must be made online using the Squarespace/Acuity booking system unless agreed otherwise with Nadia Duca. Please note all services must be prepaid at the time of booking.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash, credit card or vouchers.

• Failure to make the final payment will result in the service not being rendered.

• All fees will be in accordance with the prices listed on this website or quoted at the time.

Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds:

Makeup and Hair services:

• Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to your appointment. Deposits will not be refunded.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will incur a fee of 100% of the total service fee (and loss of deposit).

• For rescheduled appointments, these are at the discretion of Nadia Duca’s schedule. We will do our best to accommodate.

• All services are non refundable. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of the service, we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns during the appointment. However, once the session is completed and the client has left, refunds will not be issued.

• The Industry Ready Course (paid in full or by term) is non refundable. Dates may be subject to change.

Bridal:

• If client cancels 30 days prior to the event date, 50% of the remaining balance will be due. If client cancels 15 days or less prior to the event, the full remaining balance will be due. Either balance will be charged to the credit card on file unless otherwise agreed upon. The client will be billed by the final head count. No refund will be given for members of the bridal party who miss their appointment.

Masterclasses and Vouchers:

• All classes, courses and vouchers are non refundable.

• Masterclasses and vouchers are transferrable and masterclasses can be rescheduled to another date once.

• You can reschedule your appointment by using the acuity/squarespace system or contact Nadia direct.

Travel and Additional Fees:

• A travel fee will be applied to locations TBA.

• Parking fees are the client's responsibility and will be added to the final invoice. These will be agreed in advance.

• Early morning fees apply to appointments prior to 7:00AM.

• Additional artist fees are charged as per quoted agreement.

• Flights, accommodation fees where applicable will be charged in addition to service fees and charged as per quoted agreement.

Health and Safety:

• You must inform us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or health conditions prior to your appointment.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if there are any contagious conditions (such as cold sores or eye infections) that may pose a health risk.

• We maintain the highest hygiene standards, using sanitized tools and professional products for every client.

Liability:

• Nadia Duca is not responsible for any allergic reactions or skin complications resulting from the use of our makeup products. It is your responsibility to notify us of any allergies or sensitivities.

• We are not responsible for any damage to clothing, personal property, or the venue during the makeup session.

Image Usage Rights:

• By booking with us, you agree to allow Nadia Duca to take photographs of the makeup application for use in our portfolio, social media, and promotional materials, unless you provide written notice opting out before your appointment.

Client Satisfaction:

• Our goal is to ensure you are happy with the service. If you have any concerns, please let us know before you leave the appointment. Once you leave, it is assumed that you are satisfied with the service provided.

• Any adjustments to the makeup after the appointment are your responsibility.

Force Majeure:

• Nadia Duca is not liable for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, including illness, accidents, extreme weather, or other events beyond our control.

Late Arrivals:

• If you are late to your appointment, your session time may be reduced, or certain services may not be completed to accommodate the next client.

• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment, and the deposit will not be refunded.
